Following his Superspecialist Post-graduation, he worked as an Assistant Professor in KMC, Manipal. He has been an observer in several prestigious institutes like Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore and KGMU, Lucknow. He underwent fellowship in Microvascular Surgery at Ganga Hospital, Coimbatore and a fellowship in Hair Transplantation from Medispa, Jaipur.

He has secured Gold Medal for scoring highest in Anatomy during his under graduation. He is an active member in several prestigious national and international associations like IMA, ASI, APSI, AOCMF, IAAPS, ISAPS, RSI, ISRM, ISSH, DFSI, AHRS, KAPRAS, KPSA and BRAS.
